I tried salted egg pao recipe for the 1st time, the end product is not as tasty as restaurant pao =p Perhaps I should make the skin thinner and the ingredients milkier. This is the recipe:
Dough
- 500g flour
- 5g baking powder
- 5g yeast
- water
- 4 salted egg yolk: sugar (2:1)
- milk
- oil
- Mix the dough ingredients and knead it. Put it aside.
- Warm the yolk first, then mix with sugar, milk and oil.
- Put in the ingredient into dough skin and leave it for 10 minutes.
- Steam the PAO for 8 minutes.
