流沙包 Salted Egg PAO Recipe

I tried salted egg pao recipe for the 1st time, the end product is not as tasty as restaurant pao =p Perhaps I should make the skin thinner and the ingredients milkier. This is the recipe:

Dough
  • 500g flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 5g yeast
  • water
Ingredient
  • 4 salted egg yolk: sugar (2:1)
  • milk
  • oil
  1. Mix the dough ingredients and knead it. Put it aside.
  2. Warm the yolk first, then mix with sugar, milk and oil.
  3. Put in the ingredient into dough skin and leave it for 10 minutes.
  4. Steam the PAO for 8 minutes.
